I'd like to see not only "Public" and "Private" groups but also "Site Members".
"Site Members" will stimulate users to register only. "Private" stimulate users to register and be more active (to get access).
It also can be used for: 1. make "Support" group for registered users only (display group's activity for users only). 2. hide "copypaste" content from search engenes and users that can't be interested in it.
