Can anyone help to tell how to acces a private open support ticket? I can't find them anywhere, only the forum, where they don't show up.

SleepyMan Siniša Krišan, when I get first auto-replay by e-mail it contain ticket themed title. But subject (full text) I get only when support team write an unswer. It would be great to get in first email full text too. Thanks. 7 years ago
