Michał Hi, Joel. Steps to renew your subscription are as following:

1. Login to jomsocial.com
2. Browse here: www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/licenses
3. Find product you want to renew on the list
4. Choose renewal plan (for JomSocial there are two plans available: 6 months and 1 year)
5. Click RENEW button
6. You'll be redirected to shopping cart
7. Proceed to checkout and finalize payment
