Wondering what's the hindrance in adding free OneSignal web push notifications, side by side with Jomsocial toolbar and email notifications...

I can buy it premium if its by JomSocial team, i would love it as default functionality, this is something that will make this app usable, if i have a chat message in my inbox and my JS is not open, its my right to be notified, specially when free OneSignal or Firebase exists, all good apps offer it
