ók found it but under newst joomla and php 7.1 it wolnd be able to be installed, has anyone a solution?

Hi, Michael... it seems that you don't have valid JomSocial license... how did you get JomSocial installation package on the first place? BETAs are provided to valid license owners as well.

I am working with a friend on a social Website and he has a paid version of JomSocial.

So i get it to work after trying a lot. But where is Access Control List? not at the "Multiple Profiles " like in the picture ?!
