Is there anyone faces issues on mobile devices while trying to upload photos or videos? It throws "unspecified error"

Hello,
i will need 2 things at first sight:
1. User A can like a photo or video of User B, 1 point should be added to the User B and 1 point should be substracted from User A.
2. Users can like a photo or video more than 1 time, so photo or video can gain more than 1 point from a specific user.
Can we configure jomsocial in order to have these 2 options?

In my case we should check if user reaches 0 points otherwise he cant likes so there is no point of infinite liking abuse. A user will purchase userpoints and will be able to spent userpoints in likes. If he have no userpoints he cannot likes.
