I think it is a template problem. What to you is, artisteer is not compatible with Jomsocial? Why using locally protostar (xampp) works.

I agree with you, I tried, because long ago I had purchased for other customers (non-paying friends). But there's always something wrong. Besides the fact that you often have to buy upgrades ...
