Yes Lovemore Nyamutamba you can achieve what you need with JomSocial and perhaps another component specifically geared towards learning with training / quizing focus. I use JomSocial (JS) and a 3rd party component called Joomla Quiz Deluxe as well as a forum component called Kunena.
