I need to do the following code changes to JOMSOCIAL :

Friend Request : I need to change the form, which is used for sending friend request to modify to add options to say how do you know this friend using radio button similar to linkedin request (eg. school, college, job etc). Can you please let me know where is this form located.

Also I need to add this to database to differentiate between types of friends (eg. school, college, job etc). Can you please tell me which table i can add this to ?
Also i need to show the different type of friends on friends page. can you tell me which file to modify to change this? if you have got any code please provide me this.
