Does anyone know of a plugin(s) that will allow you to push your posts on Jomsocial to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and others at the same time? Meaning, I post: "I love cake" in Jomsocial and it immediately show up in all other social media networks. Hopefully with a link back to the JS website... I really hope there is...
