Could you post a support ticket? Maybe it's a conflict with your template

Yes on many templates it is conflict. I spend all day and today this is my big problem.

I think, if you share a few free templates compatible with Jomsocial, it would be very nice

Obviously our own template Socialize is compatible and probably other templates with t3 plugins as well (Joomlart framework), beyond that I am not sure, but all template providers were notified on this new version way in advance so that they can make sure it all works together.

i have logged a support request i am using socialize as my template and have tried disabling everything but still getting the same issue
