Hi Joomla Team, I'm curious how long it usually takes to have a web site fixed after using the online form. I posted last Friday and haven't heard anything after giving my site/FTP info. I have the " plgSystemJomsocialUpdate has a deprecated constructor" error after updating to the latest version and everything has been down. I've tried to fix things on my own but so far no success.

Marc I just submitted a second ticket number 18835 and added the additional info for you to access the database. Once you log into my host, search for "database" in the search area in the top right to easily find it. Otherwise it's kind of hard to navigate. Thanks. 7 years ago

Marc Hi Sinisa, thanks for trying to correct the problem. Yes, the site is still down it seems. It only went down immediately after the update, so I'm not sure what else it could be. I didn't install anything or remove anything before that point. Would you have any other ideas as to what it could be? 7 years ago

Marc One clue was that when I was logged into the web site after initiating the update, it seemed fine. But when I logged out of the front end after the update - the site went blank, but the admin worked. People told me it was white for them, but I couldn't reproduce anything until logging off. My host told me I had too many files on the server and I noticed one of my sites had an enormous file cache - so I cleared it. I also deleted many unnecessary files. Hi Sinisa, I've worked on the site for most of the day and on-and-off for over a week. My host told me I had too many files on the server and I noticed one of my sites had an enormous file cache - so I cleared it. I also deleted many unnecessary files. Then I downgraded Joomla to the previous version which allowed the site to work but gave numerous errors. Upon re-installing the latest Joomla, the site itself worked when JomSocial was disabled. I then proceeded to install the latest Jomsocial in case the last install was corrupt due to file limitations. This broke the entire site upon installing it. So it is back to a white page once again. I'm at my wits end at the moment. There is sufficient space on the server, Joomla is up to date as well as Jomsocial. If you have any insight into what else I could try, please let me know.  I don't want to have to remove JomSocial, it's a great add-on when it is running. - For now I deleted JomSocial from my site (not from the database) so that at least the site works.
