Each time I have this message :
"This video file type is not supported: "
Any solution ???

Try uploading a different file extension, perhaps you are trying to upload a file type that isn't supported. Failing that post on the forum and the Jomsocial team will help

Has your server been configured to support video conversions? You'll also need to set upo a cron job to be able to upload videos. documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Uploading_Video
