Ok thanks for your input. So I should be looking to migrate to Yii or code igniter? stronger frameworks once at 500,000? So what is the main issue as users and dynamic contents increases? database corruptions? caching? I don't have the funs to create a team.

OK maybe just stay with Joomla and use the SQL on a separate server. Cloud. Until I can afford to change the structure. It's hard to find a qualify online PHP SQL developer that can examine the structure and give suggestions.
