after ssl site protection presents itself to me this error for unsafe script
Mixed Content: The page at 'www.mysite.com' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script 'code.jquery.com/jquery-latest.min.js'.
This request Has Been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

I found in the index.php of the protostar Template on Line 15 the following code:
JHtml::_('jquery.framework');
