Please look for en-GB.plg_community_mycontacts.ini file in joomla's /language/en-GB directory. You can copy this file to Your language and translate.

Better solution Piotr is to update/compare language files on transifex for this plugin because this happened to me also.

yes plugin is disabled, because I cant translete the plugin, so I cant enabled. Users would not be happy. Now I enabled plugin only for superusers (user JomSocial is superuser too) I published. Please check attached file.

The file www.transifex.com/jomsocial/jomsocial/language/en/ is on transifex, but for cz language, the translation is not complete as its volunteer project.
@Jan for all the language is translated for EN language only and other language files need to be added manually and update them,
Please take a look here: www.jomsocial.com/translations
For cz language the translation is very less and file need to updated manually on user site, you need to copy the language file on your site and translate it.
