Here is the fix code for the issue as

change cover popup hover color issue.

body #cWindow .nav-tabs>li>a:hover, body #cWindow .nav-tabs>li>a:focus {
  color: black;
}

though it is fixed with our latest version but here is the fix as
Just to add a module position at root/templates/socialize/templateDetails.xml
<position>top</position>
inside of
<positions>
[need to add here along with other module positon]
</positions>

default messages in activity stream module

Though I have fix the issue but now unable to login at admin panel.

the developer forgot style="T3Xhtml" including several positions.
The module title cannot be shown.

May be you misunderstood the point.
As we are tracking here all dark theme issue, I was expecting any issue related with dark theme
so that i can keep replying here and wherever any other customer will have same issue then
I can refer then here to fix the things.
And it will be helpful to find out the issue related with socialize and dark theme by google searching also.
