I want to change some countries on the registration form on my site but I can not find the file matches.

What do you want to change? for the naming of countries you can edit this file languages/en-GB/en-GB.com_community.country.ini, for the avability countries list you can edit this file components/com_community/libraries/fields/countries.xml
