I have checked our website and looks like the links are all work now.

We found another issue. it is the logo link and the logo link should link to home page but currently it does not link to home page.

I didn't upload yet. Infact I am still experiencing "critical file transfer error issue".
and the site menu links are working cause of "disabled" seo friendly settings.
I am again uploading the file here which need to upload at site root directory.
Let me know again missing the attached file.

Please help to double check and then see if it is correct.
You mentioned you "disabled" seo friendly settings and please check and make sure the "seo" seetings are enable.
Please let me know.

2. We still have the "Invalid token" problem when login.

Do you need to increase the session time from admin panel > global configuration?

Can you please check and see why we still have this problem after upgrade.

Sorry that was the wrong FTP and I have updated the current one and please check again.

1. The website links of groups, photos, events, videos do not work again and show the message:

Error
Missing Controller. Please contact administrator.

We have upload the file and also did the following setting but the links do not work now.

site admin panel > system > global configuration > site > SEO Settings
Search Engine Friendly URLs = Yes
Use URL rewriting = yes
and save the settings.

2. We still have the "Invalid token" problem when login. Can you please check and test? It happens very often. Even we use the mobile version it shows "invalid token".

This problem has been more than 3 days.

Can you please reply today? We are launching our site and need to solve the problem as soon as possible.

Sorry for the delay.
It seems the problem "1. The website links of groups, photos, events, videos do not work again" is solved

but about the other problem "invalid token"
As I have been searching from our developer end and through the joomla problem.
The invalid token error causing from joomla user management system and jomsocial using joomla defualt user login system
So this error is not our end and it is beyond our support range.
