Hi,

This is conflict issue, you installed very lot of plugins, which make this issue happens.. I suggest you disabled them one by one, and just enable the plugin for jomsocial and joomla.. I also recommened you to test this issue on newest joomla and jomsocial installation, I am sure it will work fine.

I think that is come from the 3rd party plugin, actually this issue caused by some of 3rd party plugin like the "newsletter" which you can see it in registration page step #1
