I can not remove users comments on my posts

if users insert comment (bad word ) on my post, i can not remove users comments :(
why?

Hi Davood,

If a user is set as a site administrator they can go to the users comment on the front end of the site and from the dropdown on the top right they can select delete comment. see my screenshot. As a site administrator i can edit or delete your comments. There is nothing to fix

1. Socialize is compatible with the current version of Jomsocial
2. Yes it has full RTL support
3. The Socialize toolbar is designed to work in the very top of the site only and is not formatted for any other template position

in jomsocial administartor site (backend) , super user can permissions for normal admins site (backend)?

for example :
super user, access to all option jomsocial
normal admin just Access to (monitoring, reports,all video, all image,all event, all post and comment)
normal admin can not Access to all option (seting,configuration,video seting,image seting, template, seting jomsocial)

permissions?
