Make default album pre'chosed when user upload photos to the stream

Yes, I checked it again. Album ID 15 (default stream album) has lowest created date (by user 62).

Please use super user data from first post (it's id62). Default album has short name (Основной альбом), other albums are more longer title. Or you can set English for it.
