Ok thank you still no video but havent checked zencoder yet. Do you know how long it takes zencoder approx.? Can that be adjusted the frequency do you know? Thanks for the help

maybe you can considering DigitalOcean. but that cloud hosting. you need to install all things (php, mysql, apache) by your self.
please have a look first

Yeah dont think we want cloud but thank you. Looking here inmotion hosting because going to be pretty hard on the server I think. You are still checking on this issue tho right because we are building a few social sites down the road and video is a big part of all of them. Thank you

please check it. please try to upload new video again.
I put the fix. the issue was, S3 need to put region parameter at zencoder job URL.
I put the patch at /components/com_community/libraries/videos/php line 85

$s3outputBaseUrl = 's3+us-west-2://' . $s3BucketPath;

Sorry late getting back got wrapped up again and cant say I fully understand it but it works! Tyvm for getting it working!
