I test on that site as well, but I still get the same issue "The Web Server may be down,"), its random error.. actually I can upload the avatar very well when the down issue gone.

I suggest you contact your hosting provider for this.

mine still does not work in chrome, IE or firefox.

What image file types are you using?

I am using jpg file

So I can change the cover photo but not the avatar image. It looks like it never finishes uploading. Any ideas how I can replicate this for you?

as you can see the blue progress bar shows completion of upload of the photo. However nothing happens after that. The image you see as an avatar is our default image

I have been testing. I notice that if I use a file with the jpg extension it does not fully upload but with a jpeg extension it does.

Where can I configure the file types I can upload for the avatar?
