seem your put wrong FFMPEG path:
/home/workangel/public_html/ffmpeg.exe

your sever running under linux. but ffmpeg.exe is a windows version.
please asking your server support which FFMPEG at that server, and please make sure that FFMPEG version using the lastet version
ffmpeg.org/

[root@srv ffmpeg]# whereis ffmpeg
ffmpeg: /root/bin/ffmpeg

I put this code in video settings : /root/bin/ffmpeg.exe

But the video doesn´t convert -

right cronjob is installed

because your server running under linux enviroment. there is no .exe file.
I correction the path under video settings to:
/root/bin/ffmpeg

but unfortunately your server not allowing to access that FFMPEG for public.
here the out from server

you need to execute cronjob. please make sure you check the S3 storage after that.

the problem with amazon S3, your bucket not write able. please make sure you put full permission. and make sure the access key still active.

Hi Albertus - i´ve upgrade my test site job.jobcaster.de from 4.08 to 4.09 to 4.1.0 to 4.1.1 - blank screen . if you look the site on front end and back end - i´ve set the confi on error report "maximum"
