None of my Jomsocial images are storing on Amazon despite me having set up all the settings to remote storage and filled in the relevant details.

Please you update your jomsocial to the latest version 3.2.1.5, we had some bugs with amazon S3 in old version, in newest version already fixed.

Some of thumbs avatar is under queue, I increased the limit each cron transfered.. i will be fine then.

Still doesn't work and this morning my site was down for two hours due to a MYSQL failure. I suspect this was something to do with the change you did? I needed to pay a developer to work out what was wrong and get it back up and running.

This was the SQL error I got them to fix. Maybe totally unrelated but either way the avatars are still not on S3.

That error is not related with the amazon issue, also caused by the joomla table not Jomsocial table.

Would you mind provide me the phpmyadmin access, please? I think some of record is broken, since some of avatar already in S3 and some of them not.

you have lots of pending avatar under queue (maybe more than thousands) to amazon S3, that avatar is not generated yet via cron job.

have you setup the cron jobs right? may i know the setting ? if you wanna make amazon transfaer faster you should execute the cron jobs each 5 minute :)

It was set for every ten minutes now Iv'e set it for five. Will that really make a difference?

I don't feel like the issue has been fully identified to be honest. The only avatars on S3 are very old ones i.e. something has stopped it working and I suspect a long time ago.

I also note that profile covers are not setting for people. Is this related. see here
