Hi Dimas big thanks to you and Ashraf for your help. The problem is 90% fixed though. The upload works but it disappears after the user refreshes the page or logout.

I tried this recent fix, but it did not work for me. www.jomsocial.com/forum/photos-videos/20...-user-uploaded-cover

Could it be a file permission issue or something else?

Hi Dimas, the have it working now on both the test site and live site. It seems I had to change the Remote Storage under jomsocial configuration from Amazon S3 to Local Server.

So this is a Bug as stated in another post here. I need to use Amazon S3 to store photos and videos to preserve bandwidth, so I'm hoping this can be fixed in the JS 3.2.1.5 release.
