seem your ffmpeg not installed properly. please make sure your server has ffmpeg at this location:
/usr/bin/ffmpeg

the value for Path to FFMPEG is wrong (/usr/bin/ffmpeg/usr/local/ffmpeg)
the correct one must /usr/bin/ffmpeg or usr/local/ffmpeg or else I check it by using php command, there is no installed ffmpeg at /usr/bin or /usr/local

Can I get your SSH access detail? I think the ffmpeg not installed properly at your server. I need to check it.
or you can search it by using this command from ssh to know where is ffmpeg is

I need SSH access detail. for setup ffmpeg at the server, first you must access the server via SSH.

If you don't know about the detail, please ask your server support. about ffmpeg and SSH.

my server support is very weak ...

they are saying they dont have any SSH account and they are insisting that the have installed ffmpeg on server

they have given following details

root@host [/usr/local/bin]# whereis ffmpeg
ffmpeg: /usr/src/ffmpeg/ffmpeg.c /usr/bin/ffmpeg /usr/local/ffmpeg


but when i am giving command to server via putty "where is ffmpeg" its saying bad command

I can give u my WHM access will it be worthy for u??

I don't want touch your server more future.
I tried with /usr/src/ffmpeg/ffmpeg.c got permission denied.

I think not access able for public (non root user).

Please ask your hosting support about the permission.

but its not working on JOMSOCIAL ???? why

Through putty I checked on my server

I found these path


/usr/bin/ffmpeg
/usr/bin/flvtool2


I have defined in video settings and when I run cron job I find attached results

according to video requirements of JomSocial I have done everything now ...its becoming my nightmare


Please help me ASAP

I found following command some where in forum of JomSocial

/usr/bin/ffmpeg -y -i /var/www/nemigra/images/originalvideos/145/4Vbon4IgaYn.3gp -vcodec libx264 -acodec aac -strict -2 -crf 23 -s 480x360  /var/www/nemigra/images/videos/145/RYVwMLwsj1b.mp4

the FFMPEG version it too old (0.6.5). please upgrade it to 2.2 or latest version.

the error at cron job process because you turn on debug mode at jomsocial videos setting. please turn it off.
