According to our developer, we have fixed the issue and it will certainly come with our next version of Jomsocial.
So until the version is released, I can fix it at your site.
In that case I need ftp info for uploading necessary file.
I have tried to access at ftp by given access credentials but unfortunately it is not working.
Can you check please?
