Hi,

Still, it doesnt work for me, I already tried with port 21 and 22, maybe the FTP access is forbidden for my country Indonesia?

Also, the backend access is not working as well, would you mind re-check it? maybe if you install extplorer or give me cPAnel access will be easier to solve this :)

At the same hosting provider I have www.dogspace.pl ...
And here JomSocial works without problem ...
So this is not a hosting issue ...

Have you tried the Total Commander?
I will ask your hostigu whether it is somehow blocking Indonesia?
