could you please upgrade your joomla to latest version? I can't access your site, got 503 "Service Temporarily Unavailable"

Sorry server was deactivated. I put and link configuration.php to folder testconfig so you can see. If you put it back to root and change includes.php back to JPATH_ROOT. notification runs well.

sorry, I cant access your FTP by using SSL seem the password is wrong. could you please check it again.
configuration.php must put at webroot location, you can't put it at other places.

Mhhh dont want it at public area, joomla works with configuration.php in other folders definded by defines.php. Access ftp using expl. FTP over TLS.

Joomla not works 100% if configuration.php is in other folder. I cant switch to other langunge, at my end always in English.
you only need to put back configuration.php at original location and set permission 444 on it. with that permission, no any public users can read that file.

if configuration.php still under testconfig folder, multi languages will never works like expected. you can put at testconfig folder if the site not using multi languages.
