Yes i see on my test site (test.sosailize.net) that "order by last comment" looks almost ok in frontpage, although the comment i did on 7.56pm appeared lower than 7.49pm, and the comment i did at 8.45pm appeared lower than the previous one at 8.32pm, so it's not ordered by actually last comment.
Also infinite scrolling is not ok.
Please tell me how to fix. Thank you.
Hi Nick,
Please check again, it was because you didn't set the "order by last comment", but now I already enabled it ;)
thank you!
Nooo! The test site had it on, but the live site had it off. We were talking about the test site (test.sosailize.net and test.sosailize.net/administrator) but you changed the live site (sosailize.net, sosailize.net/administrator) and as a result the live frontpage was a mess (no "infinite scrolling" no "show more" button, "order" not by last comment).
Now i disabled it in live site. Please let's fix the test site first and when really fixed then go to live site.
So please visit test site (test.sosailize.net and test.sosailize.net/administrator) that has default jomsocial template as you suggested but the problems are
1) no "infinite scrolling" although enabled
2) no "show more" button or not working,
3) "order" not by last comment: now the comment "2 hours 37 minutes ago" is first and the one "8 minutes ago" is second.
Thank you
hi Nick,
Can you provide me FTP and cPanel / phpmyadmin access, please?
Also may i know the difference your live site and your test site?
thank you!
Differences of live site vs test site
1) updated profiles, posts etc vs not updated
2) "order by last comment" off vs on
3) template joomforest vs default jomsocial
4) server email settings "send email" on vs off
Please delete my comments/replies with Private Site information, if your other site members can see them.
Thank you
something in the text i want to send you causes error
"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."
So i split it in more replies:
differences of live site vs test site
1) updated profiles, posts etc vs not updated
2) "order by last comment" off vs on
3) template joomforest vs default jomsocial
4) server email settings "send email" on vs off
Hi Nick,
