Thanks for your answer.

Profile "Fria lekar" & "gbgpar_69" are having that problem + that gbgpar_69 also lost there gender info.
This has happened to a lot of profiles and I have started from A to fill it back in but it´s driving me "crazy" ;-)

Remeter that you told me long time ago that there is a problem with gender and that is the reason why Demographics and Average Age is´t working.
Could you please explain to me in detail how I should configure the profiles to get it to work?

Regarding gender field - it's not applicable any more as I see you use correct profile field type now ;)

That is strange... there is a record in databse as region is displayed in frontend.
But not in backend.

For your info I found out that when a new member fill in the profil it´s also missing backend but it´s there in frontend.

Regarding my problem with Demographics and Average Age is´t working.
Can you look at it from here or do you want me to start a new case?

I made a test with test user. I cant replicate this issue:

Well it´s perhaps because It´s not all of them and some I hade to fix.

Every new member that is´t allowed in to the site is missing region.
There are a lot of others to, look att id 812 and 762.

And for example member nova with id 694 is also missing gender and region.
Id 753 is missing gender, region and "Land".

please edit your Region options value at jomsocial backend (customize field)
at you can see the values containing "white space", seem that illegal character.
seem that from copy & paste?

but if you remove the "white space" ass user need to edit the profile again. because that counted as new value for region.
