Hi, Robert.

The only changes you may apply in backend are: to display certain field or not.
Any other changes like field values need to be added when editing plugin in frontend.
So what you describe it correct plugin behavior.

That is also correct - no name field is displayed as profile name is used for that purpose.

if you need more flexibility in contact field creation, I recommend to add them into profile fields.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

The changes to fields in the backend are not reflected in the front end. All input options still appear.

HI, Robert.

I can access your site backend, but it seems that my rights are insufficient to see top menu:

HI, Robert.

Bug report was rejected:

These option control what is shown on the profile page, it does not have effect on the configuration on the frontend.

Hi, Robert.

It means that there is nothing to fix - in plugin frontend configuration fields will be displayed. But after save only fields selected in backend will be displayed.
