Hi,
I did a debug in site and the error was from Joomla:
"/libraries/legacy/model/list.php"
I replaced that file with latest Joomla! one from package and now no errors.
So, that had nothing to do with our components; maybe you or somebody else did any custom modifications and alter that joomla core file.

About the server overload, you send me:

well, that is front and backed main pages that are lighter pages from site so looks like something else is not ok. Maybe it is related with that core file, maybe somebody worked on or maybe was a wrong update/migrate of Joomla...
