stucked because internal server error. please contact your server support to get the error detail from server error log.
here the URL request that bring internal server error:
http://[your site domain]/administrator/index.php?option=com_community&view=installer&task=ajax_prepdatabase&stage=scssupdate

after I know what is the error detail. I can give the solution.

We have also this message in joomdle system information : L'URL de Joomla semble être mal configurée dans le plugin d'authentification de Joomdle dans Moodle (The Joomla URL seems to be incorrectly configured in the authentication plugin in Moodle Joomdle). But I verified, it's written " uni.gsu.edu.tr ", the Joomla URL!

In paralel to this we have this error message on the apache server :

please check it, the issue has been fixed. the issue because, theme.php was missing from this location:
/components/com_community/tables/

so I put that missing file. here I attached the file (just incase)
