Very strange but it works for me, trying to get with https instead of http and let me know

Now I can access backend... but frontend is unavailable for me after typing in credentials.
I see that you're using outdated and unsupported version of JomSocial -> 3.1.1
Please, upgrade to current version 3.2.1.5.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Result is the same for http and https:

In both cases browser says that page can't be loaded due to redirection loop.

But I noticed that you have disabled caching... but caching list is populated by some data. Do you have any optimization or caching plugin/extension enabled?
Please, disable it and clear Joomla! cache Backend -> System -> Maintenance ->Clear cahce

Now check if that deleted menu position is still there.

Yes, as you can see in printscreens... frontend under http and https... result is the same.
