Please extract those files here > \components\com_community\models\search.php(it'll be included into our next installation package)

And then check the issue once again, it should fix the problem. If not, please let us know and we'll look into this once again.

we've tested the fix.
First we don't get anymore the MySql error: 1064. That's good.
But we've got the following problem:
1 - login as julien with password as described for JSupport
2 - click on Advance search ("Amis" / "Recherche avancée")
3 - Select first criteria on "Vous êtes ici" (you're here for) check "Trouver des ami(e)s"
4 - Select second criteria on "Sexe" "Egal" "Homme"
5 - click on search: The second criteria disappear. It shouldn't.
6 - If we add a third, a fourth, a fifth, criteria, same behavior they disappear too, so we've got only the first criteria displayed.

Concerning criteria with check values:
Are the results based on "OR" between the different values or are they based on "AND"

if result is based on "AND" there is another issue. We've results based on "OR".
1 - login as julien with password as described for JSupport
2 - click on Advance search ("Amis" / "Recherche avancée")
3 - Select first criteria on "Vous êtes ici" (you're here for) check both values "Trouver des ami(e)s", "Trouver l'amour"
Results are users with either first value or the second value.heers,

The bug report for advanced search has now been fixed, I have attached the files that have been changed . This fix will also be included in the next release.

To apply the fix please extract the zip file and replace the 2 files
components/com_community/templates/default/search.advancesearch.php
components/com_community/views/search/view.html.php

- concerning the criteria with checked values:
1 - the values selected are unchecked when search results are displayed. We should keep the values selected
2 - Search results are based on "OR" between the checked values not on "AND"

Our developer confirmed, the search result for checkbox values based on "OR". and non checkbox value based on "AND".
That the right way for the query.
