We can't see a problem with logging in with the details we gave you as we just checked them. You should be able to use a standard ftp client.

Please can we have the IP addresses used, so our developer can look in the log to see what happened?

We have tested this again. If you choose 'invite all group members automatically' I think the ones that do get invited are the members on the first page of the group members list.

So only issue now is that not all of them are invited when clicking "Invite group members" during group event creation?

Nothing has been changed since you confirmed these bugs. So event if Alex didn't find it in a test event it doesn't mean the problem can have gone away!! So these are still live bugs.....maybe they don't occur for every event? But they were a major issue so they won't just get better on their own!

Also, this problem is still occurring on our live site which is exactly the same as the dev site. (ie not everyone in the group is even loading into the modal. You confirmed that before, and we haven't changed anything). It is easy to think everyone is there unless you check all the names very carefully.

So - this is the problem:
- not all group members are displayed on user list in invite modal window
- checking "Invite all group members" option in group event creation form doesn't send email invitations to all members
- for some events not all members get label "Invited" on the list, even when an email is created for them

[By the way, In an earlier reply you said "No, there is no limitation in code... please, check how you set default pagination in Joomla! Global settings.". Why should pagination be affecting the modal window? If I set up an event (non-group event) and open 'Invite Friends' then I can scroll 200 friends. Group event modal window should behave in the same way. What did you mean?]

I guess that 2 and 3 issues are related.

I talked with Alex, he said that he applied patch to your dev site and now all group members are displayed in modal window.
You can't confirm that?

I have just written a message about the dev site by editing my first post - please can you reload the patch, as we had to rebuild the dev site?

is this patch tackling all 3 issues?

If the patch works our developer would like a list of code changes, so he can make the change in the live site himself.

Yes, it should. And we'll release a hot fix probably this week anyway.
Please, ask your developer to use diff tool to locate changes.

No, we are not using 4.1 yet. Some extensions we use are not ready for the new Jomsocial version, so we can't upgrade yet.

So please can we have the patch to put into 4.0.9.
