Is the new Unlimited Developer Access retroactive with previous 5-site access?
Unfortunately, the new plan carries different price structure and is not retroactive with 5-site license. However, we've made it easy to upgrade from any plan by just paying the different ($52). Am I allowed to install JomSocial on the development domain?
Yes. Each license entitles you to install JomSocial to any number of test or production site. However, we will only provide support 1 site per paid member. You will need to purchase additional subscription to obtain support for a different site.
I'm a web developer. Do you allow licence to be transferred to my client once the site is handed over?
Yes. kindly contact us (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) with your current license information and the new owner. We will transfer the support contract to the new site owner.
I'm a web developer. Am I allowed to sell a modified/integrated website to someone else?
In short, yes. You can either keep the support contract in case you are responsible for maintaining the website, or contact us to transfer the support contract.
To renew or upgrade your account, follow these steps:
Log in to your account via http://www.jomsocial.com/customer.html
Enter your Order Reference and Email
Click on "Extend Download Access" or "Upgrade..." link and follow the instructions.
JomSocial customer would be able to upgrade their subscription at Download Page
Eligible Upgrade Path:
Standard => Professional => Unlimited Developer Access
3-Month Access => Professional => Unlimited Developer Access
5-Site License =>Unlimited Developer Access
Please note that expired accounts are not eligible for upgrade. Unless otherwise stated, upgrade does not extend the duration of your subscription.

Downloading your component is very easy. Follow these quick steps:
In your download page, you will be able to:
Download the latest version of JomSocial
Extend your download access
Upgrade to Professional/5-site/Unlimited license
Check your expiry date
Retrieve Video Key (Only for JomSocial version 1.6.x and previous build)

Downloading older releases
You may download any older release if you know the exact version number. Use the link below:
