Not able to use forums
already sent mail to support for activation of premium support, But in vain, No body is attending to the same even after mentioning the purchase code and all for two templates jf social and jf chrome

work very well
hi there, i'm using this template only for jomsocial component, but in my case, joomla 2.5, it work perfectly, with all application, and the responsive jomsocial and mobile version are simply fabulous, the best template i saw in my life for jomsocial... Nice support in their forum... you can see here www.yannanderson.com but for me, it's simply the best, congratulations to Joomforest, i will never change of template because it's the best one... !!!!

Does not install
Does not install -" XML setup file not found". Only support offered was "to read the manual". Also, their own mobile website version does not work for forum tickets - not a good sign. 
Perfect template but one question about loading times!
Hi Guys. We are an online network for gaming fansites and are need for a new template, with a modern responsive design, and support for jomsocial and kunena.
JF Social and JF Chrome are by far the best templates we have seen so far. Kudos!
BUT every template we have checked at themeforest.net had by far better loading times. It takes a horrendous amount of time to switch between home, jomsocial and kunena.
Is this representative for both templates? Is there a fix?

Not happy with this template
I am not satisfied about this template, the framework is too heavy (whether you strip out the additional components as well). I created a demo website on a dedicated server and it took me 3,5 seconds to load the website. Their support is not very helpful, it takes 7 days to get a reply with an answer like: 'please check our documentation'...
No, I changed to a different template, because this one does not work for me.

before i purchase this,will this work on?:
1. Joomla version 3.2.0
2. Jomsocial 3.0.2

1) Yes, Joomla Template will work on Joomla v3.2
2) No, it needs minimum latest versions of JomSocial - v3.0.5.3 or v3.1.0
