When visiting a group as a member unfamiliar with the site, I had a difficult time finding the link for posting a new discussion. It would be nice if it was more prevalent like the "Invite friends" button.

Susan I AGREE! I have already suggested that there should be a + at the top of the Discussions Module for 'Add Discussion' so that people don't have scroll down to the bottom of all Discussions to find Create Discussion. There used to be an Options Menu below Invite Friends, which had 'Create Discussion' on it. Even that our users found hard to find! But now the Options Menu has been hidden up in the...
