Social Stream

There are social media sites that prefer its members' activity stream to be viewed publicly. To turn on this feature:

Open Configuration from JomSocial backend.
Locate the Activity Section.
Under "Activity Display Privacy", choose "Public, do not respect user privacy". Otherwise, choose "Respect user privacy."

Deleting through frontend

Open the JomSocial site's home, where all the social stream items are displayed.
Hover the mouse approximately top right of a stream item.
Click the red symbol as it appears and the stream item will be deleted promptly.

Deleting through backend

1. Open the JomSocial's backend and click on the Activities button.

2. Mark the activities the you would want to remove.

3. Click on the Delete button on top right, once ready to delete.

4. Click on Purge All, to remove all remaining social stream activities.
