Profiles with incomplete profile fields always look half-empty. The Force Fields plugin will scan profile fields and send a logged in user to the Edit Profile page to complete their profile if some fields are empty. You can also apply this rule to site administrators.
This is a System plugin so it works on every page of the website except the “Changeavatar” page to avoid infinite loops when the Force Avatar plugin is enabled.
