This Jomsocial application plugin shows a visits counter on user profile (to profileowner only) to show how many users visited it for the last X days (X to be set by admin or by user). It also has a Canvas view with daily visits chart and visitors list. It is very much like the Linkedin similar feature.
These data are private and will not show to anybody but profile owner.
Visists prior to application installation will not be counted.
App uses Google Visualisation API to render the visits chart.

Plugin not appear in the profile
This plugin does not work.If enabled, it does not appear in the profile.
If Core Application set to "yes" the profile page is broken white

Yes actually it is indeed working fine ! But be aware it only shows to profile owners... Wich makes sense. 
Is it working?
The previous review person indicated he couldn't get it to work.Has it been fixed? I see the version number has not changed a lot since then.
