Gunnar I know how to post in the new private system and I already did, but after submitting a ticket it is lost in some secret chambers of JC. I wanted to know if a can review it, check status and perhaps cancel it if need be. 7 years ago

a Guest Gunnar, currently the support tickets are only available on email, and not listed anywhere on the site. To make it work this way, we will have to write a script using the HelpScout API, that will take a bit of time to make it happen. Till then, please save all tickets in a special folder on your inbox. 7 years ago
