Saturday, October 22 will be a 'typical' JoomlaDay, with multiple tracks which will be perfect for Newbies, Joomla! Developers, Joomla! Designers and advanced developers.

Sunday, October 23 is JoomlaDevDay  it will be dedicated to JoomlaDevelopers to train and work in the joomla environment.  Take your Joomla! programming to the next level!

With the help of our avid beta testers, we are able to weed out numerous bugs, put a shine on existing features, and improve usability issues discovered in each releases. Bit by bit, line by line, pixel by pixel, JomSocial 2.4 is shaping up very nicely. This is the very reason we have the highest number of alpha versions in JomSocial release history.

Whats up? We know a lot of you loyal fans who can't wait for the NEW JomSocial have been asking about our 2.4 release. Guess what? The date is nearing. Some may ask,”Why does it take so long?” Well, this is because we want to make sure that you will experience JomSocial 2.4 in its most stable form. The past few weeks have been a very productive period for us. With the release of the first JomSocial 2.4 Alpha last August, we are now gearing up to present you with Alpha 4 next Friday, 23rd September 2011. Before getting your hands dirty with the Alpha version, let us enlighten you with the experiments that we have gone through and the outcome which were later made as the principal guideline in the development of the next major iterations of JomSocial, your favourite social networking platform. 

Although seemingly young in age, the analytical and statistical information that we have amassed through our demo site, internal development lab, and our experience in building up the Joomla People Portal is so ginormous that it would easily dwarf the biggest of all dwarves.
