hi, i use setting Configuration > Remote Storage: User Avatars -> Amazon S3 but Avatars not transfered to S3 bucket and still on server.

Cronjob is working because Photos are transfered to S3 but Avatars not!

it works perfect with JS 2.6.3 (same settings) but not in 3.2.1.5!

do i miss anything here?

Would you mind provide me the FTP and phpmyadmin access, please? I found the similiar issue before, which caused the avatar files are missing, I am not sure your issue is simliar or not.. I need check it into deepth.

I just checked the FTP connection and not working for me, how about cPanel? can I get it?

hi Dimas, sorry i was in the middle of switching namserver to cloudflare so thats the reason why FTP Connection not working!

hi Dimas, did you have a fix for me here? i get many problems with 3rd party Extensions about the missing JS Avatars in S3 Bucket! It worked very well in 2.6.3 but now in newer and "better" 3.2.1.5 not!

We have another issue similiar like this, and already fixed, I thought your issue is same, but not as expected, your issue is unique, some of your thumb avatar is not exist but your large avatar is exist (I am not sure why this happens you), so this case make the transfer to amazon broken.

Our developer will re-debug this issue on your site directly..please be patient..
