ISSUE SUMMARY:
Version: 4.1.3 from today.
Client reported prior to upgrade.
Changing user password via Login screen is NOT working.
I tried to change it through Jomsocial/admin/member but it FAILED !!!
Only changing via joomla users admin could change it successfully.
PLEASE advise.
Sending test account to check it in secured area.

This issue caused by outdated version Joomla or jomsocial, please you update both of them to the latest version Joomla 3.4.5 and Jomsocial 4.1.3

Our site is the most up-to-date site in the Milky-pass ...
I reported the problem after upgrading to 4.1.3.
We run j 3.4.5 as well.
If you need access to the admin panel, please send me your mail and I'll return an invitation from the hosting service (Hosting security regulation).
You can check it from the frontend with the details I provided.
