I find it difficult to find an Email Joomla Extension to edit the look, feel and texts of emails from JS. Does anyone have a recommendation?

Well, the language strings have to be done in either case and I have done those already. I now want my emails to look like they come from my website with logo, text style, colour scheeme and everything. Professional you know I was advised to use AcyMail which I am currently trying out.
